Fitness operation. We offer three group classes every day and the choice is really varied. Circuit training, which we started years ago, Performance Cross classes, Power Strength, Yoga, Morning workout or Mum's classes. Personal training sessions are also an integral part of the program, where we give clients individual attention.
We offer the services of a beginner instructor who can show you and advise you on exercises free of charge. Personal trainer services are available. Exercise is for both men and women. We also provide nutritional advice. There is a fitness bar with sports nutrition supplements and drinks.
