S Monikou mám skvělou zkušenost nejen u aštanga jógy, ale i skrze další služby, techniky a metody, co nabízí. Je velice komplexní, má zájem a zkrátka to má v sobě. Navrací věcem zpátky jejich jednoduchost, ukáže, pomůže. Předává ověřené informace a pokud se vrátím k aštanga józe, tak…

Jako ultratrailovému bězci mě ashtanga u Moniky neskutečně posunula vpřed. Zlepšilo se dýchání, ohebnost kloubů, odpadly po-tréninkové bolesti. Protažení je příjemné, po běhu minimální únava. Celkově se běh, díky této józe, dostal do lepší dimenze. Rád bych zmínil také problém s „bloknutými“…
