

We make our pizzas with premium Italian high-fiber flour, which holds up to 40% more water than regular flour and the dough rises slowly for 48 hours. This makes the dough crispy, soft inside and, above all, easy to digest. We use almost exclusively Italian ingredients for our pizzas.
