Objednávka dorazila po čtyřech měsících od objednání. Pokud měl dodavatel výpadek, tak proč byla mince stále vedena, že je skladem? Na tomto eshopu je slovo skladem nejspíš sázka do loterie. Bohužel ČOI s tím moc nesvede. Problémová komunikace. Tento eshop nedoporučuji.

Dobrý den, mrzí nás, že jste měl s objednávkou takovou zkušenost. Zpoždění dodávky rozhodně není standard, který chceme zákazníkům poskytovat. Označení „skladem“ vychází z informací od dodavatelů a v případě neočekávaných výpadků nebo rezervací může bohužel dojít k nesouladu mezi…

Doporučují. Objednávka proběhla v pořádku. Dodací lhůta byla delší, ale v současné době je to způsobeno , zvýšenou poptávkou po investičním zlatě a stříbře a omezenou kapacitou výroby u dodavatelů. Tuto situaci vnímám jako obecný problém celého trhu, nikoliv chybu e shopu. Objednával…
