S Ruslanem cvičíme s manželem pravidelně a tréninky nás fakt baví. Ví přesně, co dělá, umí nás podpořit i pořádně namotivovat – a když je potřeba, dá nám i pěkně zabrat 💪 Tréninky jsou ale vždycky v pohodové atmosféře, s dobrou náladou a úsměvem. Rozhodně doporučujeme!

Hledala jsem někoho, kdo mi pomůže překonat nechuť ke cvičení, a Ruslan byl trefa do černého. Má neskutečnou trpělivost, dokáže skvěle motivovat i v dny, kdy se mi zrovna nechce a každá hodina mě baví. Cvičení s nim není jen o drině, ale i o dobré náladě. Všem vřele doporučuji!"
