Zkušenosti s touto firmou jsou jen špatné. Dlouhá čekací doba na výměnu zásobníku. A když ho už vymění tak buď nenahřívá nebo po pár dnech teče. A vrchol všech výměn, byl zásobník bez možnosti připojení do el.sítě - chybějící kolík na zástrčce. Jak tohle může opustit servis a předat to zákazníkovi ?

LUMO PLUS nám zajišťuje ve firmě kávový servis a barelovou vodu. Vždy dodrží termín, technik občas řeší nějaký problém, který si děláme sami, protože to s kávovarem a výdejníky neumíme. :-) Poradí, vysvětlí. Díky!
