Since April 1995 the club has been teaching three Japanese martial arts - kendo, iaido (the way of the sword) and judo (the way of the stick). All three arts are suitable for boys/men and girls/women. Kendo can be started from the age of 6 years, for Iaido and/or Jodo the appropriate age is about 12 years.
