Naprostá tragédie. Zadal jsem opravu hodin. Po dvou týdnech nebyl hodinář schopen říct ani cenu ani termín. Měl zavolat, vyfláknul se na to. Hodiny jsem odnesl neopravené. Jako bonus : prodavačka drzá jak opice.

Při výměně baterie mi poškrábali hodinky, přes celé spodní víko byl hluboký šrám a ze strany hrubé vroubky. Ani se o poškození při předání nezmínili, natož aby se omluvili a nabídli mi nějakou opravu nebo kompenzaci, popř.neúčtovali výměnu baterie (179 Kč). Všimla jsem si toho o něco…
