I am engaged in the handmade and sale of chocolate truffles. In the shop you will find truffles made of dark, milk and white chocolate. I use dark, milk and white chocolate as a base and mix it with, for example, salted caramel, black beer, lavender, absinthe, balsamic or even parmesan.
