We offer classes and private lessons focusing on Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Modern Arnis and self defence. We deal with conditioning kickboxing full-contact style FULLCONTACT, KICKBOX - LOW KICK, K-1 and semi-contact style LIGHTCONTACT and SEMICONTACT. We also provide programs for practitioners 30 years of age and up.

We offer basic and advanced self-defense courses. With us, you will experience all techniques to the fullest by our instructors. Offering karate and self-defense courses for children and youth.

We operate a sports club with a focus on karate. We organize seminars, sports afternoons and camps. We participate in tournaments and championships. We also train preschool children.

We offer training in the traditional Japanese martial arts of Iaido, Kendo and traditional Karate.

I organize individual karate courses, seminars and camps. We participate in competitions.

Chinese martial art Taiji (Tai chi). We also organize multi-day Taiji courses combined with a stay in nature. These are outdoor classes.

We run a self-defence school. The aim of our school is to bring to those interested in this Chinese martial art a teaching methodology from Hong Kong that teaches students to apply Wing Chun Kung Fu in real street conditions while keeping the body and mind relaxed at all times.
