The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Recruitment of new members takes place all year round. The first class is FREE. Physical fitness, previous martial arts experience or age are not important.
Practicing Aikido is a pleasure. You can come to discover your hidden strength. We provide Aikido classes for all interested people regardless of age, gender, opinions, affiliations or other restrictions.
Taekwondo martial arts classes. We teach basic moves, combat training and self-defense. We participate in competitions and tournaments. Taekwondo can be actively practiced at virtually any age - from school age to retirement. We organize various camps.
Teaching Zhong Yuan Qigong (qigong) - the Chinese art for health and longevity. Declassified techniques for regeneration and self-healing, energy replenishment, stress relief. Techniques can be practiced in everyday life, regardless of current health, fitness, space. Without long sets and difficult postures.
