We teach the Korean martial art of self-defense taekwondo itf. The main task is to pass on this martial art to all who are interested in it. We try to pass on the moral principles and ideas that the founder, General Choi Hong-hi, considered important even today.

We teach Krav Maga and self-defense, under the world organization Krav Maga Global (Eyal Yanilov) and Austrian organization SAMI Combat Systems (Peter Weckauf). Teaching mixed classes, women only, self-defense for children, movement activities with self-defense elements for children. Preparation for firearms license and shooting courses.
