Try modern Japanese martial art Aikido. Join others who want to know how to defend themselves and handle crisis situations. Physical limitations are no barrier, always tailor your training to what you can handle. For adults and children ages 12 and up. We have been teaching Aikido since 2000.

We run an Aikido section and self defence classes for women, men and children.

Teaching of traditional Japanese martial sports Tenshin Shoden Katori Shinto Ryu, Iaido, Kendo, Naginatado and Kyudo.

Aikido martial arts for children, youth and adults. We practice in small groups divided according to age categories (parents with children from 4 years old, children from 6 to 11 years old, from 11 to 14 years old, youth from 12 years old and adults). Recruitment takes place mainly in September, but those interested in Aikido can also apply throughout the year.
