Basic aikido course for men and women from 17 years old. Classes for children and young people in the age categories 5-7, 8-10, 10-12 and 13-16. We offer classes and private lessons focusing on Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Modern Arnis and self defence. We deal with conditioning kickboxing full-contact style FULLCONTACT, KICKBOX - LOW KICK, K-1 and semi-contact style LIGHTCONTACT and SEMICONTACT. We also provide programs for practitioners 30 years of age and up.

We are a non-political voluntary cultural and sports organisation. Our aim is to promote and develop Aikido as a moral and physical discipline created by Morihei Ueshiba from various traditional martial arts and based on his own spiritual knowledge. We publish teaching materials.
