We run a sports club focused on the Japanese martial art Aikido. We teach Aikido to be functional and useful for life as it is. Our classes include instruction with weapons. You can come to us to practice and learn about our concept of Aikido. We accept new members from 14 to 99 years old (guys 40+ are welcome).

Aikido is a martial art that develops the physical, mental and spiritual components of the practitioner. It includes training of falls, levers, deflections, entrances and transitions. We deal with conditioning kickboxing full-contact style FULLCONTACT, KICKBOX - LOW KICK, K-1 and semi-contact style LIGHTCONTACT and SEMICONTACT. We also provide programs for practitioners 30 years of age and up.
