We are a non-political voluntary cultural and sports organisation. Our aim is to promote and develop Aikido as a moral and physical discipline created by Morihei Ueshiba from various traditional martial arts and based on his own spiritual knowledge. We publish teaching materials.

Offering courses in the traditional art of kung fu for adults and children.

Basic aikido course for men and women from 17 years old. Classes for children and young people in the age categories 5-7, 8-10, 10-12 and 13-16. Joy, movement, art, all-round development, balance in the hustle and bustle of the big city, constructive conflict resolution, recharging... all this and much more is aikido.

We teach the martial art of Aikido Iwama Ryu. We emphasize real self-defense and correct execution of techniques. Due to the low demand on physical strength, the courses are suitable for men, women and children.

We are engaged in the training and practice of the martial art of Aikido. We also offer lessons in Kick boxing, self-defense, Muay Thai, Capoeira, Eskrima, Kendo or Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu. We offer classes and private lessons focusing on Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Modern Arnis and self defence. We deal with conditioning kickboxing full-contact style FULLCONTACT, KICKBOX - LOW KICK, K-1 and semi-contact style LIGHTCONTACT and SEMICONTACT. We also provide programs for practitioners 30 years of age and up.
