We organise a sports club for children and young people focusing on judo. We participate in judo tournaments and competitions. Teaching ancient Russian martial art Systema in the Czech Republic, includes all techniques of fighting, such as punches, kicks, working with weapons (knife, stick, whip), fighting on the ground, defense against one or several opponents. We conduct courses and seminars for adult men, women and youth.
