I offer classical and online qigong courses.

We run a school of tai chi, aikido, self-defense and capoeira for children, adults and seniors. We offer yoga classes, yoga therapy and "Healthy Back" exercises. We also provide holistic health harmonization services, including biomagnetic therapy, bioenergetic synchronization, osteopathy, and microkinesiotherapy.

The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Recruitment of new members takes place all year round. The first class is FREE. Physical fitness, previous martial arts experience or age are not important.
