We organize a sports club for children and youth focused on judo. We participate in tournaments and competitions in judo. We try to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. The children learn basic movement skills, basic gymnastics and acrobatics, and tumbling technique.

We offer basic and advanced self-defense courses. With us, you will experience all techniques to the fullest by our instructors. You will prepare for an attack by the perpetrator by practicing self-defense in model situations. Self-defense instructors from Charles University Faculty of Physical Education and Sports.

The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Recruitment of new members takes place all year round. The first class is FREE. Physical fitness, previous martial arts experience or age are not important.

Basic aikido course for men and women from 17 years old. Classes for children and young people in the age categories 5-7, 8-10, 10-12 and 13-16. Teaching ancient Russian martial art Systema in the Czech Republic, includes all techniques of fighting, such as punches, kicks, working with weapons (knife, stick, whip), fighting on the ground, defense against one or several opponents.
