We focus on karate and freestyle karate classes that combine elements of traditional martial arts with acrobatics accompanied by music. Traditional sport and competitive shotokan karate is an ideal sport for everyone regardless of age or gender.

Offering Chinese Kung Fu lessons.

The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Recruitment of new members takes place all year round. The first class is FREE. Physical fitness, previous martial arts experience or age are not important.

Taekwondo martial arts classes. We teach basic moves, combat training and self-defense. We participate in competitions and tournaments. Taekwondo can be actively practiced at virtually any age - from school age to retirement. We organize various camps.

Practicing Aikido is a pleasure. You can come to discover your hidden strength. We provide Aikido classes for all interested people regardless of age, gender, opinions, affiliations or other restrictions.

We are engaged in teaching martial arts aikido. We offer courses for beginners and advanced.

We teach the martial art of Aikido Iwama Ryu. We emphasize real self-defense and correct execution of techniques. Due to the low demand on physical strength, the courses are suitable for men, women and children.

We run a judo section. We offer a club for children from 6 to 15 years old.

We teach the traditional form of indoor Wudank, Kung-Fu, Tai Ji Quan and Qi Gong styles.

School of Japanese martial arts Aikido (including applications of Kyousho Jitsu - use of vital points). We offer trainings for people from 8 years old, beginners and advanced.

We offer Taichi (Taichi) and Qigong (Qigong) exercises for beginners, women and men for strong health and self-defense skills. Training 2 - 3 times a week, weekend seminars, camps and retreats. Taichi training for children.

We run judo clubs in schools and a judo section for children and adults. Judo is not only an Olympic sport with a tradition, but also an educational system recommended by UNESCO as a suitable sport for children. We learn gymnastics, falls, throws and holds. We fight in the stance and on the ground. We play grappling games.
