We are a gym with a family atmosphere. We offer group and private TRX and Kettlebell classes, Brazilian jiu jitsu, self-defense, fitness training, compensatory exercises, etc..

Try modern Japanese martial art Aikido. Join others who want to know how to defend themselves and handle crisis situations. Physical limitations are no barrier, always tailor your training to what you can handle. For adults and children ages 12 and up. We have been teaching Aikido since 2000.
