Organise summer camps and weekend events for children. We try to run the stays in the spirit of equality, friendship, relationship with nature and developing children's imagination. Trained counselors ensure the satisfaction of each camper in all aspects.

We provide lending, bibliographic information and interlibrary loan services. We organize literary talks and events for the public.

In the place where the Svratka River bites into the rocky peaks of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, the construction of a massive castle began in the 13th century. The castle still retains its late Gothic to Renaissance appearance. The films The Visitors, How the Princesses Wake and The Devil Knows Why were filmed here.
