I offer therapeutic support and professional counselling for clients seeking a path to better self-knowledge, inner balance and healthier coping with challenging situations. In therapy I use psychotherapeutic methods and work with what a person experiences at the level of body, emotions and thoughts.

We run a school of yoga, ayurveda and vedanta. We focus on the study of traditional Indian teachings, provide Ayurvedic consultations and therapies and run yoga instructor courses.

We are a social service for adults with mental illness. We provide outpatient and outreach services. We help people with mental illness solve social problems and live a normal happy life. We carry out awareness and educational activities and try to improve their social position in society.
