Indoor and outdoor tennis courts and badminton hall. A sports centre offering exercise in 4 air-conditioned sports halls: Alpinning, Spinning (Schwinn Cycling), Power Plate, Power Yoga, Fly Yoga, Jumping, Circuit Functional Training, Fitbox, Body Styling, Treadmill, Personal Training and more.

We operate a sports studio. We offer Pilates, K2 HIKING Indoor Walking, power yoga and BOSU exercise classes.

We operate a fitness centre. We conduct classes in spinning, power yoga, body building, dance and step aerobics, health and fitness exercises or calanetics. We also offer belly dance, hatha yoga, pilates, TRX, alpinning and bosu classes. We organize summer intensive exercise courses with instructors.

Our gym is fully equipped with SPORTS ART machines. It is divided into a cardio zone, in which you will find treadmills, eclipticals, spinning bikes, movement stairs and a multifunctional structure. Another part of the gym is dedicated to exercising with weight machines and the last part to working out with dumbbells.

Operation of the gym. You can use cardio machines (stairs, treadmills, rowing machines, bikes and cross trainers). Classical fitness machines and dumbbells are a matter of course. There is also a separate room for functional training.

We operate a fitness centre. We focus on firming the buttocks, weight reduction, improving skin condition, mental balance, improving fitness and more. We also specialize in alpinning, abdominal baking and bodystyling. There is a tanning bed and a kids club for moms with kids to exercise.

We offer regular fitness exercises and various supplementary programs. Our studio specializes in exercises such as abdominal crunches and Kangoo Jumps. Come and try new forms of exercise and improve your fitness. We look forward to seeing you.

Our members can enjoy a wide range of sporting activities. Access to the gym and table semester games room is available throughout the year. During term time we offer a wide range of regular sporting activities such as football, floorball, volleyball and artificial wall climbing as well as alpine climbing and TRX.

The sports centre offers sports activities for the whole family. On three floors you will find a large cardio zone, crossgym gym, bowling, squash, 2 halls for 2v2 football, floorball and table tennis. There is also a multisalon for group classes and a yoga room. We also have a ladies zone with a kids corner and private treadmills.

Exercise for women after childbirth.

We offer jumping classes (original exercise on trampolines), flowin (complete shaping), Hanky Kynychová's belly baking, pilates, power yoga, DrumFit (new exercise), piloxing (boxing, dancing, pilates), bosu (cardio) and circuit training. For relaxation, there is a relaxation zone in the large hall or solarium.

Fitness studio operation. Offer alpinning and fit box. We also practice TRX, jumping for adults and children and piloxing. We provide personal trainer services. We sell season tickets.
