We offer architectural designs of new buildings and reconstructions, designing of buildings including engineering activities related to the issuance of zoning permits and building permits. We operate throughout the Czech Republic.

I design new buildings, renovations, interiors, design, urban design and planning. I prepare projects for zoning and building procedures, implementation documentation (digital) and documents for contractor selection. I verify the spatial relationships of designs with a 3D virtual model.

Operation of an architectural office. Offering architectural studies, designs, project activities and engineering works. Providing valuation of real estate (apartments, houses, land) and author's supervision. Provision of consultations and legal services. Representation of the client before the authorities.

We provide design, project and implementation documentation for buildings and interiors and also offer turnkey implementation. We provide all the necessary permits, propose operational, structural and artistic solutions, advise on land selection.

We provide comprehensive architectural design in the fields of building design and reconstruction, including urban planning or interior design, and the related acquisition of project documentation.

Engaged in architecture, building design, construction management, professional consultation and technical supervision. We represent the client in the preparation, implementation and completion of the project. We offer a choice of two types of project management namely project management and construction management.
