We operate an architectural studio. We are dedicated to the design of buildings from small architecture to large urban complexes. We provide complete documentation for the execution of the construction, cooperation in the implementation and consulting activities.

Architectural design office. Apart from new buildings, renovations and interior design, it is also dedicated to exhibitions and interventions in public space. Collaborates with private and public sector international and local galleries, curators and collectives (NG, GHMP, IDU, Storefront for Art & Architecture NYC).

I offer design and engineering or construction supervision. I undertake family, residential and civil construction projects. I prepare studies or building permits, implementation documents, urban planning or interiors. I also focus on mediation of real estate sales and other services.

We offer all phases of a project from conceptual design, through project development and management, to construction supervision. We focus on single-family and apartment buildings, office buildings, civic buildings, industrial halls, gardens and interiors. We carry out technical and structural assessments of buildings.

We provide development of business plans, site plans, site plan amendments and site studies, provide surveys required for the development of project documentation, provide planning permission including the execution of documents and documents.

We provide comprehensive architectural and consulting services for clients at all stages of project preparation and during implementation, including coordination of the project at the master plan level and amendments.

Offer services of an architect. We focus on project preparation and project studies. We provide tender documents, construction supervision, design for planning permission and building permits, assistance with contractor selection. We design single-family and apartment buildings, commercial spaces and office buildings.

Architectural and design studio.

We offer investors turnkey management of construction projects from the initial phase of the project to the start of operations. During all phases of the project we perform project management and construction management, securing necessary permits, price management and other activities.

The studio has in its portfolio a number of realizations, reconstructions and projects of Prague houses, residential villas, apartment houses and interiors, several of which have been published in professional magazines and won the title of House of the Year.
