We are an architectural studio under the direction of Barbora Jozová and Vladislava Zikešová. We create fresh and sympathetic architecture, we are creative. We deal with the whole range of building and interior design, including renovations. The biggest reward for our work is client satisfaction.

Our architectural studio combines a passion for skateboarding with urban planning. We offer innovative designs for public spaces that encourage social interaction and physical activity.

We offer services of architectural and design studio. We provide design and implementation of new buildings, renovations or office, residential and commercial buildings. We deal with urban design and cultivation of public space in a given location. We provide volume studies and building permits.

We offer a complete service in the process of preparation and implementation of buildings from securing a suitable plot of land to final approval. We prepare documentation of all stages, i.e. documentation for zoning proceedings, documentation for building permits, documentation for construction execution, documentation for demolition works, building passports, etc.

We do everything related to architecture. Rangherka 5 studio was founded in the spring of 2017 on the basis of a long-term cooperation between Michal Schwarz and Jindřich Starý. It mainly deals with buildings for housing, healthcare and social services, but also with garden and landscape design.

Design studio for civil engineering.

For a long time we have been dealing mainly with public interiors. In the field of catering, hotels and cultural institutions we offer long and rich experience. Our talented architects are able to fully capture the needs and wishes of clients not only in these sectors.

We are engaged in processing of complete project documentation of buildings. We operate in the field of new buildings, but we also deal with extensions and renovations, including internal installation, connection to utilities and communications. We ensure the processing of zoning permits and building permits, author's and construction supervision.

In the field of design and architecture, we mainly deal with interior design of commercial spaces, restaurants, offices, cultural and music clubs. We like to do residential design. In our studio there is collaboration between architects, specialists and other professions.

Drawing building designs and plans for building permits, building implementation. Our design office designs single family homes, apartment buildings and insulation projects. We process building permits or green saving grants and our construction supervisor supervises the construction.

The studio was founded by Ing. arch. Michal Kutálek in 2008. A typical feature of the work is the effort to escape from established stereotypes and the search for new forms and adequate solutions tailored to the client. We process projects from architectural studies, through building permits and "implementation" to author's supervision.

I offer the services of an authorized architect. I realize designs of houses and residential interiors. I participate in all stages of the project, provide author supervision and coordinate follow-up surveys, tenders and other processes of construction.
