Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

Cellar 38 continues the tradition of wine cellars in South Moravia and brings a new space for wine experiences, tastings and meetings in a modern concept and standards. In Cellar 38 you will find a wine bar (seasonally open), a cellar and boutique accommodation for 10 people in 3 rooms. Come and see for yourself.

You will taste fresh whites, elegant rosés and full-bodied red wines from oak barrels. We are on a road surrounded by the cycle paths of South Moravia.

A young winery, a great experience. I’m Lukáš Halkoci, and I’ll show you how I make wine—honestly and with an emphasis on regional character. My favorites are the typical Znojmo varieties—the mineral-rich Riesling and the juicy Veltlín. Come taste the Znojmo region in its purest form.
