Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

Cellar 38 continues the tradition of wine cellars in South Moravia and brings a new space for wine experiences, tastings and meetings in a modern concept and standards. The guesthouse above the cellar in the winery is an ideal place for small and larger groups coming to Moravia for wine or to enjoy an evening with friends. The accommodation is run by the family of the young winemaker Lukáš Halkoci, with whom we recommend arranging a wine tasting.
