Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

Cellar 38 continues the tradition of wine cellars in South Moravia and brings a new space for wine experiences, tastings and meetings in a modern concept and standards. We import and sell quality wines and food mainly from Spain. We offer iconic Spanish white, red and sparkling wines. Famous regional Spanish delicacies such as Jamón ham, chorizo, Manchego sheep's cheese, olive oil, olives, canned fish and many other specialties.

We are engaged in the production of quality, attribute and non-alcoholic wines by the method of controlled fermentation. We grow Pinot Noir, Riesling, Franconia, Chardonnay, Palava, Sauvignon and others.
