I apply a comprehensive complex of personal development counseling to maintain health: posture correction, spinal diagnosis, restorative massage, Spinal Touch, Dorn's method, holistic therapies such as craniosacral biodynamics, cleansing and nourishment of the body.

We offer a gym, coaching, nutrition, massage and regeneration services. Refreshments and healthy shopping are available at our fitness bar. From July to September summer regime by appointment by phone and over the winter according to opening hours or even by appointment. It is also possible to book the entire fitness centre by agreement.
