I offer psychotherapeutic support, crisis counselling and group and individual art therapy. I help to cope with difficult life situations and recurrent psychological distress. The therapy can be covered by health insurance.

Teacher of mindfulness, sound baths. I help people regain balance in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, reconnect with their bodies and breath, and care for themselves with kindness and respect. I also incorporate breathing techniques into my practice that promote conscious slowing down and returning to the present moment.

I mainly do experiential art therapy, individual and group, mandala painting, oil painting and self-development courses. The courses are aimed at small groups of people in a family studio with a pleasant and calm atmosphere. And for the ninth year I have also been practicing Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy here.
