Psychotherapeutic counselling helps to change the things in life that can be changed and coped with, and to come to terms with the things that cannot be changed. Counseling and psychotherapy helps clients find solutions to current or long-term problems.

Teacher of mindfulness, sound baths. I help people regain balance in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, reconnect with their bodies and breath, and care for themselves with kindness and respect. I also incorporate breathing techniques into my practice that promote conscious slowing down and returning to the present moment.

We assist families in caring for their loved ones with intellectual or combined disabilities so they can live a normal life. We help people with disabilities to be able to do as many things as possible in their lives independently.

I offer the services of a psychotherapist. I deal with difficulties in partnership, family or with friends, psychosomatic difficulties, crises, fears and difficulties. I draw on a holistic view of the person, depth approaches and body-oriented psychotherapy.

I offer individual consultations focused on personal development, individual and group art therapy and workshops dedicated to these areas. I currently work with adult, adolescent and child clients.
