We are a yoga studio in the heart of Vinohrady. Everyone with a genuine interest in yoga practice will find their yoga background in our cosy environment, whether through open classes or (not only) weekend stays, which are open to everyone. We also offer the opportunity to attend a yoga school accredited by the Ministry of Education.

Our studio specializes in antigravity yoga, which is a unique exercise in hanging scarves. We offer classes for children and adults to develop flexibility, strength and balance. Dynamic exercise in a warm room. Hatha, ashtanga, vinyasa, yin, power, flow yoga. Yoga can be practiced by everyone and does not depend on age or sports experience. In our studio we take care of the correct, physiotherapeutic execution of asanas. We focus on physical and relaxation exercises, or breathing techniques.

We offer experienced lecturers, a cosy interior and a relaxed atmosphere. There is a spacious hall, changing rooms and showers.
