We are a yoga studio in the heart of Vinohrady. Everyone with a genuine interest in yoga practice will find their yoga background in our cosy environment, whether through open classes or (not only) weekend stays, which are open to everyone. We also offer the opportunity to attend a yoga school accredited by the Ministry of Education.

You can attend my yoga classes every Monday during the school year from 18:00 in the gym of the business academy without the need for prior reservation. During the summer holidays there is outdoor yoga at Vyšehrad. Classes are suitable for yoga beginners.

Our studio specializes in antigravity yoga, which is a unique exercise in hanging scarves. We offer classes for children and adults to develop flexibility, strength and balance. Our instructors are committed to a welcoming atmosphere and individual approach. Come and enjoy beautiful moments of movement and relaxation.

Dynamic exercise in a warm room. Hatha, ashtanga, vinyasa, yin, power, flow yoga. Yoga can be practiced by everyone and does not depend on age or sports experience. In our studio we take care of the correct, physiotherapeutic execution of asanas. We focus on physical and relaxation exercises, or breathing techniques.

We like things simple. That's why we don't offer a plethora of class types that even an experienced yogi would get lost in. With us, only one thing matters - your mood.

Dynamic yoga classes for the public. Seminars on the biomechanics of breathing. A video course that allows you to practice on your own at home, starting from the basics. I have been practicing yoga since 1993; I studied it primarily in India. In 2000, I began teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the Czech Republic and taught briefly at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport (FTVS).

Offer yoga workshops and seminars. They usually last longer than the traditional classes we attend during the week and there is often room for theory or philosophy related to the topic in addition to yoga techniques.
