In our studio we focus on yin yoga and ashtanga yoga. We offer deep relaxation and strengthening of the body through various asanas such as the boat pose or the stretched side angle pose. Our classes promote the harmony of Yin and Yang energy, which contributes to overall mental and physical health.

We are a yoga studio in the heart of Vinohrady. You can attend my yoga classes every Monday during the school year from 18:00 in the gym of the business academy without the need for prior reservation. During the summer holidays there is outdoor yoga at Vyšehrad. Classes are suitable for yoga beginners.
