We offer a wide range of workshops focusing on Iyengar yoga and Yogalates, which combine elements of yoga and pilates. Our classes strengthen deep muscles, improve flexibility and balance. We look forward to practicing together and developing your practice.

We offer experienced lecturers, a cosy interior and a relaxed atmosphere. There is a spacious hall, changing rooms and showers.
