In our studio we take care of the correct, physiotherapeutic execution of asanas. We focus on physical and relaxation exercises, or breathing techniques.

We are a yoga studio in the heart of Vinohrady. Everyone with a genuine interest in yoga practice will find their yoga background in our cosy environment, whether through open classes or (not only) weekend stays, which are open to everyone. We also offer the opportunity to attend a yoga school accredited by the Ministry of Education.

You can attend my yoga classes every Monday during the school year from 18:00 in the gym of the business academy without the need for prior reservation. During the summer holidays there is outdoor yoga at Vyšehrad. Classes are suitable for yoga beginners.
