Our studio focuses on a yoga practice that strengthens and stretches the body. We offer individual classes and yoga therapy to help release tension and calm the mind. We create an intimate atmosphere for those who want to deepen their yoga experience and care for their health.

Organizing group stays with a focus on personal development. I offer seminars, workshops, trainings, yoga courses and retreats.

We offer experienced lecturers, a cosy interior and a relaxed atmosphere. There is a spacious hall, changing rooms and showers. Different styles of yoga also in English, during the day, at the weekend and on holidays. Student rates/multisports. We take all benefits (Sodexo, Edenred, Up, Benefit Plus and Multisport).

Yoga for everyone from children and parents to senior(k)s to tired managers and athletes: we teach Hatha Yoga, HOT Yoga at 42°C, dynamic Vinyasa, Yin Yoga or relaxation yoga. We organize seminars and offer individual lessons at our place and at the client's place. We also run a shop with yoga-tested equipment.

In our studio we focus on yin yoga and ashtanga yoga. We offer deep relaxation and strengthening of the body through various asanas such as the boat pose or the stretched side angle pose. Our classes promote the harmony of Yin and Yang energy, which contributes to overall mental and physical health.

Dynamic exercise in a warm room. Hatha, ashtanga, vinyasa, yin, power, flow yoga. Yoga can be practiced by everyone and does not depend on age or sports experience. In our studio we take care of the correct, physiotherapeutic execution of asanas. We focus on physical and relaxation exercises, or breathing techniques.
