We organize yoga classes.

In our yoga school, we focus on a deep understanding of yoga as a lifestyle. We offer a variety of courses, from Hatha Yoga to Ayurveda, to enrich your personal practice and teach you to pass on your knowledge. We believe that yoga connects and creates a strong community. With us, you will find inspiration and new friends on your yoga journey.

We are a yoga studio in the heart of Vinohrady. Everyone with a genuine interest in yoga practice will find their yoga background in our cosy environment, whether through open classes or (not only) weekend stays, which are open to everyone. We also offer the opportunity to attend a yoga school accredited by the Ministry of Education.

Hatha yoga, yoga for healthy back, yoga 50+, individual yoga lessons, group relaxation and health exercises with yoga elements for seniors, individual exercises on a chair/bed.

Offer yoga workshops and seminars. They usually last longer than the traditional classes we attend during the week and there is often room for theory or philosophy related to the topic in addition to yoga techniques.

In our studio we focus on yin yoga and ashtanga yoga. We offer deep relaxation and strengthening of the body through various asanas such as the boat pose or the stretched side angle pose. Our classes promote the harmony of Yin and Yang energy, which contributes to overall mental and physical health.

Dynamic yoga classes for the public. Courses for yoga instructors, yoga video course for beginners and advanced. I have been practicing yoga since 1993, learned it mostly in India, started teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the Czech Republic in 2000, taught briefly at FTVS.

Dynamic exercise in a warm room. Hatha, ashtanga, vinyasa, yin, power, flow yoga. Yoga can be practiced by everyone and does not depend on age or sports experience. In our studio we take care of the correct, physiotherapeutic execution of asanas. We focus on physical and relaxation exercises, or breathing techniques.

We are a yoga studio owned by Zuzana Drapalíková, a former soloist of the ballet of the State Opera and National Theatre in Prague and an experienced yoga teacher. We offer group or individual yoga lessons of different styles under the guidance of professional teachers. We look forward to seeing each of you.
