Individual therapy for adults and children from 12 years of age. Help with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety/panic, fears/phobias, low self-esteem, guilt/self-pity, unprocessed trauma, emotional instability, anger, aggression, stress, burnout, loss of enjoyment of life.

Healing hypnosis services. Finding peace and inner peace (elimination of traumas, phobias). Overcoming bad habits. Strengthening self-esteem. Weight reduction/control. Relationship coaching, online coaching, post-breakup reboot. ACC (ICF) coaching certification.

I organize seminars on holistic personal development and constellations. I provide integrative, anti-stress and deep tissue massage, as well as oral massage, for pregnant women or with Tibetan stones. I also organize group and individual relaxation exercises or meditations.
