The sports complex and camp is located about 3 km from the Dolní Morava resort. The Morava River flows through the campsite. The campsite has two large trampolines, a tennis court, a football field, a children's playground and an adrenaline park. There are token showers, toilets and an equipped kitchen with a washing machine.

The guesthouse is located in the heart of the Adršpach-Teplice Rocks, in a quiet part of the village of Adršpach in the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area. It is a log building completed in 2013.
