The Regional Library is one of the largest libraries in the Czech Republic. It is an open community space where you can spend your free time, meet friends, learn and come for culture or other leisure activities.

Providing library services. The library in Heřmanův Městec is one of the oldest in the country. Already in 1818 Puchmajer documents the organizational statutes of the local reading circle, which later became a public library. The library has two departments, one for adults and one for children.
