We operate a municipal library. We have an online catalogue of books and internet access. We lend fiction, educational literature and magazines. We provide lending, copying and reservation services. We organise literary talks, library events and competitions for schools.

We operate a library with specialist literature. We have private libraries of the poet Adolf Heyduk, Jaromír Malý and Ivo Malý or a historical collection dating back to the 15th century. There is a reading room and the Internet. We maintain an online catalogue of books.

We encourage a love of literature in children from the cradle, and we attract adults to lectures and exhibitions. We teach seniors how to use computers and train their memory. We also lend books and e-books, CDs and DVDs, audiobooks, board games, magazines and newspapers.
