Providing library services. There are 3 internet workstations and a printer, as well as computers with an online reading catalogue. The library also includes 8 study spaces. Provision of interlibrary loan services. There is wheelchair access to the building.

A publicly accessible library and a contributory organization, whose founder is the City of Bruntál. Since 2015, the library has been housed in the reconstructed building of the former German Boys' Seminary, which has been a cultural monument of the Czech Republic since 2002.

Providing library services, internet, on-line catalog and bibliographic information services. We offer literature for leisure and education, newspapers, magazines, as well as audio media (from LP to CD). We also lend CD ROMs with encyclopaedias and entertaining educational programmes for children.
