We collect, digitize and make available documents, photographs, sound recordings and other materials about Václav Havel. We organize archival, archival research, documentation and library activities.

We operate a library focused on specialized literature. We collect books and journals in education and related fields of social sciences. Our collections include textbooks for primary and secondary schools from the 19th century onwards, educational journals from the 1830s onwards and children's literature from the late 18th century onwards.

The library branch is not wheelchair accessible. You can connect to free Wi-Fi or use computers with internet access and black and white printing. We hold cultural and educational events for the public. We offer talks for kindergarten, primary and secondary schools. It is possible to pay by card in the branch.

We provide xerox copies, printing from the database and scanning.
