The theatre performs plays by local and international playwrights, with around eight premieres a year. The theatre building was built in 1909 according to the design of architect Antonín Balšánek. The theatre company performs on the domestic stage as well as on tours and festivals in the Czech Republic and abroad. Costume rental is available.

A theatre with an intimate theatre environment, the spectator is in direct contact with the actors. In addition to our own productions, we also provide staged readings, concerts and performances for children.

We operate a dance school with pole dance lessons.

Our dance school pays attention to everyone, from the little ones to adults. In our classes we teach modern dance that combines many elements - jazz dance, contemporary, hip hop, funky, TV + theatre, musical dance. Everyone is welcome to join us.

We are a non-professional repertory theatre. We have been active on the cultural scene in Pardubice for more than 20 years. We have staged over 100 premieres and regularly win awards at theatre shows. We perform plays by Czech and international playwrights as well as our own original performances. Primary art school for 1040 pupils with a focus on teaching music, art, dance and literature and drama. We offer courses in violin, piano, viola, cello, double bass, flute, oboe and others. We also offer courses in drama, ceramics, dance and art.
