Organises exercise classes at regional clubs, organises retreats, publishes Parkinson's magazine, runs a counselling centre. Develops activities to improve the conditions of Parkinson's patients, provides information.
We provide personal and occupational assistance to students and graduates of the Jedlička Institute in Prague, as well as occupational consultations and wheelchair accessible transport. We support their employment.
For blind and partially sighted people who want to become as independent as possible, we offer advice, selection of suitable aids and training in specific skills. We teach housekeeping, walking in space, Braille, keyboarding and other skills. We provide free social rehabilitation.

Non-profit non-governmental organization provides social services to children and adults with intellectual and combined disabilities. We provide facilities for 115 users. Children are provided with education at the level of kindergarten and special primary school. For the elderly, the programme is implemented in workshops.
Providing services to people with severe physical disabilities. We focus on information systems, leisure and educational activities and mapping and removing architectural barriers. We organize a special wheelchair route of the Prague - Prčice March and organize the national sports event Hvězda.
