Established in 2017, the cafe boasts modest seating with a detail for select coffee and custom desserts. We live by the motto: what goes, we prepare ourselves. Lemonades, coffee, desserts, soups, sandwiches, events, tastings and coffee courses. We are a family, you are part of it. Thank you.

We offer courses and retraining for the profession of bartender, cook, waiter, waitress, ending with a professional state exam according to the NSK. Courses are accredited by the Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic. Possibility of obtaining a license for hospitality activities. We have been on the market since 1991 and provide tailor-made gastronomic consultancy in these fields.

Our goal is to elevate Czech and especially Moravian beer culture. To this end, we offer training and cooperation in branding for restaurants, pubs and other gastronomic establishments. We teach pub owners and staff how to properly tap beer and how to care for the right quality of beer in general.

We provide training for waiters and waitresses, training for chefs, consulting for restaurants and other gastro establishments. Training can be booked live by restaurants and catering schools. Waitress and waiter training is also available in an E-book (PDF document) which is sent by email.
