The mission of the home is to provide year-round residential services in a safe and dignified environment to seniors and persons who have diminished self-sufficiency due to senile alzheimer's dementia and other types of dementia and are no longer able to manage their care on their own.

Provision of social care home services.

We provide help and support to people with disabilities. We enable adults with intellectual disabilities from the Ústí nad Labem region to live in Děčín in a barrier facility with a small capacity. The support is aimed at developing their skills and increasing their independence.

We provide care for people with disabilities and offer sheltered housing.

Offering residential social care service in a home for people with disabilities to people aged 19 years and over who have reduced self-sufficiency due to disability (mental and combined disabilities).

Dedicated to the provision of residential social care. We run a home for people with disabilities and a respite service. We provide support, assistance and care to our clients to meet their needs and wishes. We care for mentally disabled adult men and women aged 19 to 65.

We operate a day care home for people with disabilities aged 18 to 40. We offer assistance with personal hygiene and the provision of personal conditions, support for the creation and improvement of work habits and skills or mediation of contact with the social environment.

Providing assistance and support to adults with intellectual and combined disabilities who cannot live independently or with the support of outreach services. 24 users are accommodated in two pavilions. There are double rooms with en-suite facilities and modern reclining beds.

We run a home for the elderly and disabled. We offer services to disabled people aged 44 to 64 with reduced self-sufficiency and to seniors aged 65 and over who are in an unfavourable social situation due to age or health.

Providing inpatient and outpatient elderly care services. Operation of a home for the elderly and disabled, dining room and soup kitchen. Provision of rehabilitation and educational care for handicapped children. Provision of outpatient services for disabled citizens, catering and accommodation services.

Providing residential care to physically disabled adult citizens. We help clients to live a dignified life, strive to maintain and develop their self-sufficiency and prevent the risks of social exclusion. We strive to return clients to a normal way of life.

Provision of social services. Operation of a home for people with disabilities, a home with special regime, sheltered housing and social therapy workshops. Offer of a service, which has the character of an evening school, for the extension or retention of the knowledge acquired.
